It truly was a good experience. An easy walk to Hybla, where you can have lunch. Easy to get to convoy lookout, ellen cove was also close to the hotel. Services included free Wi-Fi.

great to have a lounge area and a kitchen in the room. decent base for trip in albany. it is not far from the airport. free wifi was working perfectly.

I came down to Albany to work and stayed for three nights, the accomodation was perfect to come back to after a hard day. I will definatly stay again on my return trips.

I have been overcharged by the owner of this hotel, as when I booked this 2beds Apartment for 3 nights, I saw from the website, there are 2 single beds and 1 double bed provided, the price is $239 per night, maxi 4 people. However, the ower charge extra $70 per night, as he said when I booked this $239 per night is only for 2 people, $35 surchage is for each extra person, However, I don't think it is fair way to treat the customers, as the facilities (have provided 4 beds) in the rooms. The owner is cheating the customers, they should put $309 on the web instead of $239, if they still keep $239 price unchage, they should remove these extra 2 singe beds from the apartment. We had been in this resorts for 3 days, no one cleaned the rooms. I was treated badly, when the last day checked out, the owner gave me the receipt, said to me if you are not happy go somewhere else, don't come back again.

Nice place, great location, staff were friendly, responsive & helpful. Place was clean & had reasonable facilities.

Wife had concerns about our young children's safety- couldn't lock front door (to stop children from going outside), staircase & concerned older daughter might try to climb over the wall in the main bedroom & fall to the ground floor below.
